Rolex 16013 advise

Hey Rolex forum members!

I recently acquired a Rolex 16013 from 1987. The watch is in great condition, most likely unpolished but there were small sings of previous water damage.

The hands and dial have some damage and i was wondering if i should have this replaced with a new set of hands and a another dial or just keep it as is.

I would love to hear from you!

( ps I’m new here so i am still figuring out how yo upload a picture )
