I would say mid 1960s since it's a gilt dial with tritium. Others may be able to give a more exact estimate.

I too was going to say around mid 1960's based on the gilt dial with tritium.. though a deal like this seems suspiciously too good to be true!

Wish I could see better details of the dial as well. Something about the lume application makes me feel this is not an authentic dial.
