1675 feedback for the dial?

hi guys,

I'd need your expert advice or opinions for this 1675 to see if you think the dial looks okay or not including the hands of course. overall the watch case seems fine but not 100% sure about the dial condition. please see photo and thanks for your help.

What's wrong with the dial condition that bothers you? The hands are in poor condition in my opinion. The bezel insert is not correct for the watch.

It appears to be a much later service bezel insert - sold by authorized dealers or the service centers as a replacement to an original bezel insert.

Is that big ass scratch between 9-10 o’clock on the dial or crystal??? Second hand looks way better and matching the dial more than the rest. That’s fishy.....

The chamfers are very sharp, but the crown guards aren't. Suggests some re-detailing of the chamfers. Nothing necessarily wrong with that if you're OK with it.

That scratch does appear to be on the dial. Hope it's on the crystal...

The dial looks quite nice to me. Best part of the watch.

dial looks nice, if that big scratch is on the crystal only. As above, The hands are not so good. I like the insert colors despite it not being period correct.

I would have a question, all the Tritium service Dials I have seen of Variation 2 has the same patina, is this artificial or natural? I actually like this color.
