FSOT: Vintage Rolex 1665 Great White SeaDweller in UK (EUROPE)

Probably one of the most beautiful looking watches I have and probably still my all time favourite Rolex.

A stunning original 6m serial 1665 Great White Sea Dweller purchased new in New York in 1981 and one of the last of the great matte dial tritium full domed plexi SeaDwellers.

The dial on this is mint and just stunning its a bit of a shame my crappy camera and fading light really have not done it justice.

The hour plots have faded to a beautiful yellow shade and the tritium hands match perfectly. The bezel insert is the correct early fat font type that is virtually mark free and has also faded gently to a lovely dark grey. The tritium pearl has yellowed to a perfect match.

The watch still has its correct silver date wheel, a brand new old stock high dome tropic 39 crystal and 1665 stamped case back with various service markings and other than its triplock crown and almost new 93150/585 bracelet is lovely and original.

The case is thick and free from dings and nasty scratches. Comes with its correct 1981 USA SeaDweller box but not papers.
