Why doesn't this forum have a perpetual WRUW...
...thread that just goes on and on for ever - instead of making a new daily WRUW-thread - every day?

I was thinking exactly that the other day, just like the one on the AP and Patel forums.

It's a daily ritual and TRF tradition. Some people enjoy starting them, and it's a way for folks to engage with a fresh daily thread instead of getting buried in another neverending sticky.

IMO it makes sense in the rolex section to have one every day and not in the other sections where there are less owners. You can scroll the Patek or AP threads to see a lot of watches in WRUW threads, so its good that those threads usually always on page 1 because it might be months until someone posts a certain watch but if you want to find one there is a good bet it is in the big WRUW thread.
