With Oxford sleeves no issues. With some soft shell jackets that have tighter sleeves for added wind proofing it takes some effort to pull the sleeve back to check the time.

I've not posted before and I'm sorry but I'll have to return later to include a picture. Although my watch has already been shown several times within this Tudor thread. I purchased my first Tudor watch last Friday afternoon 06/07. Blackbay with Crimson bezel. I hand wound it at the shop the day of purchase and then again the next day because I already had the crown unscrewed while pulling up the USNO master clock online for syncing. I didn't have to sync the watch then and this morning, 7 days later, the time is still spot on. I didn't think this was possible for a mechanical watch. Each night I lay my watches crown up until the next morning. I've owned other automatic watches such as Omega Seamaster chronometers and Oris along with Tag Heuer Carrera and Breitling chronometers. None have been nearly this accurate. At the time, I had been deciding between this Blackbay and the Breitling Avenger Seawolf. Seawolf simply seemed too tall and heavy at the shop but never the less a beautiful watch. I have wrists and biceps to support the Seawolf and have always wanted one. I could just tell I would always be looking for an opportunity to remove the Seawolf from my arm.
The Blackbay is the perfect everyday, all day watch. Maybe a Rolex Submariner is better? Never the less, you all seem to love this watch and I would imagine, even though I'm late to the game, once others catch on about the quality of the Tudor Blackbay these will be even more popular. FWIW I'm impressed.
