It appears to be a Mark IV. Take photo without the hands hiding the fonts or coronet.

Based on the last photo, it is a Mark V. What is the serial number?

Mark V dial is pictured below. The other dial, marked W-4, is the Mark IV dial.

Mark 5, the tall or elongated coronet is the give away.

Springer's explanation with pictures surely was a better candidate for thanking, no? I often fear that we will loose such informed members if we don't appreciate the time they put in to help folks around here. Not trying to knock you, but just bringing this issue to light a bit as I've seen it more and more lately. There are literally a handful of people here that I trust their expertise on and the rest are just regurgitating what others have posted over the years, but I trust the guys who have handled hundreds if not thousands of Rolexes, and know their true idiosyncrasies. Just my two cents.

Haha, honestly I meant nothing negative towards you, just want to make sure we don't lose our key vintage members who spend a large amount of time helping, teaching, and informing others.
