Help identifying white dial 16613
Dear forum members -
I've been trying to id this watch for a relative - white dial, two tone 18K gold/steel, I think ref: 16613 from late 90s but I can't find any examples with white markers and gold surrounds. Everything I can find with white dial has diamond markers. Watch needs a service, I know. Trying to asertain value before sinking $$ into it. Many thanks!! |

Should probably be sunk into a hole somewhere.

Wow! My relative is going to be bummed. He told me his father got it as part of a trade for a car in Georgia about 15 years ago. He inherited it a few months ago. Thanks for the posts!!!

Wow that’s terrible! It’s not even a close fake like the ones around today. It’s instantly recognizable. Does the second hand sweep at least or was it ticking like a regular quartz watch? This would’ve been the first bad sign when he got it.

Best to run that over with a truck and put it out of misery.

So before I could tell him to dump it, he sent me back side of watch. I said to him no Sub came with a see through back. He said his father told him it was a store demo that was used to display the movement to potential customers. I told him it was BS but... love to hear from the forum...
