Actually, now that I look closely, 3 out of 5 submariner second hands look squirrelly? Could it be some photography artifact?

You're right - perhaps it is a function of the watch running as the picture is taken?

Still looks odd

It is also on a bunch of their other watches...

Perhaps these are those "nanosecond" Rolexes we've been hearing about?

You silly wabbits... This is the 'Acid Trip' edition Sub, very rare, and feels somewhat liquid to the touch. Perfectly normal.
