The reference number on the movement looks a bit odd.

It’s possible that all components came from different watches...

thank you

I joined the forum to learn more and have a better idea of fakes etc, using the knowledge that I've picked up alarm bells started ringing when I saw this, Ive looked at various watches this seller has on offer and his honesty is questionable, thank you for your responses, rgds "H"

What's odd with a 1570 movement?

The stamped (engraved?) 1570 looks a bit rough. Particularly the 70 but the movement itself looks good.

yeah it's just the camera making 0 look squashed, get another pic maybe

Doesn't look particularly suss, afaik 1575 finishing typical for its era.

Bezel clips on like a hubcap, not impossible to change at any time. Facets does look quite sharp, hope it's a NOS original whitegold unit & not an aftermarket polished steel replacement.
