Aftermarket band or bracelet?

I've noticed quite a number of Rolex and Tudors lately that are listed as having an aftermarket band/bracelet. MANY being sold by jewelers and some pawnshops. Most even have things like the hidden clasp and the rolex crowns. Are these considered legit?

I asked because I almost won the bid on ebay from a jewlrey store, then noticed the description about the band. Checking this stores listings, it seems many are like that. Then searching elsewhere I have come across many more listings from others.

As long as a Rolex logo is not on the band it is legit. The reason they go with an aftermarket band is it is cheep compaired to the Rolex band. It makes a big difference when looking at a band that is not Rolex then you start thinking what other things are not Rolex. My Rolex end pieces alone cost me over 100.00 USD used.

Stick with 100% Rolex and buy on TRF with a seller with years under his or her belt of selling.
