How is it possible to take a poor quality picture like that with today's phones? Is that a watch in the picture?

The pics are terrible, and to blurry to really discern anything with certainty.
Also, these authentication type threads need to be placed in the 'Watchout' section! Where it now resides!!

The pictures have signs of a watermark being poorly removed in the lower right corner, most likely a scam.
