Looks like a 7835 to me, why do you think its fake? The only thing that jumps out to me is the sloppy 7835 19 stamping but I wouldnt put that past Rolex in the late 60s

I listed a 7836 over a year ago and the printing and such was identical... this one should be fine but it is for 19 mm case lugs... make sure it is for your model
