My Datejust 16233 on an Everest Crocodile Strap
I've owned my circa 1988 16233 TT DJ since the early 2000's. Always had it on its Jubilee bracelet and wanted to try something new...
I think it turned out well. I really like this brown crocodile Everest strap. IMO, it is up to the quality level to be on a Rolex. |

That actually looks really good. A different look from the jubilee yet it still remains ultra classy. I like it.

Great timing. I posted a thread earlier asking people to choose between a Everest and Hirsch strap for my DateJust.
This thread sealed it for me, though. Just ordered my Everest strap! |

Excellent choice of strap, it brings out another dimension of your watch. Love it.

I love that you did this. I want to do the same thing with a silver dial or a Tudor oysterdate and put the same strap. Thanks for showing how great it looks which is going to light a fire under me to get started on the project.

Looks great! I recently put my Tudor I’ve had for 30 years on a strap.

I think it looks even better like that than on a bracelet, good choice.
