Do Any AD's Ship Out of State
I haven't been able to find an AD to ship out of state, is the policy for all Rolex Ad's?

No, but you need to have an existing in store relationship with that AD to get them to ship out of state.

I got my Hulk last month from an AD that shipped out of state for me. Not sure if there's a more recent restriction.

Are you trying to do a phone order? Or walk in and ship out of state?

Phone order. I'm just looking for somewhere that happens to have a Hulk and will ship.

For established customers or face to face transaction, yes. Outside of that, I expect mostly if not universally no

Depending on the model but most will especially if you’ve been physically in the store before

Rolex Dealers don't take phone or Internet orders, it's part of their contract.

They are very friendly at Royal Maui - I only went with Govberg because I got a great deal and saved on tax.

I’ve bought a few out of state. Like others have said most will ship out of state to avoid sales tax even on your first purchase. However, you have to come in and complete the purchase in the store for your first one.

Best I can ascertain the LVc is really hard to find right now. You are going to have a difficult time finding an AD that will ship a hard to get model to a non-established client. |

Misinformation? More of AD’s who follow Rolex rules and those who don’t follow them to the letter of the Rolex law. No different than Rolex removing stickers from new watches.

Rolex policy is that you must have been into the store prior to a phone sale.
You need to understand how Rolex works. They run their brand with a iron fist and have taken AD status away from many mom and pop stores for any violation. My local says that they are 100% sure Rolex will call AD's asking to ship a watch just to see if that particular AD is violating policy. With that said, why would any AD risk losing their AD status to sell a guy they don't know a watch that they can easily sell to the next guy who walks into their store.

I’ve never found one (not saying there aren’t any) that doesn’t require you to do a face to face first. In fact I had one when I was looking for my watch that wouldn’t sell me the watch because I didn’t live in the area. I wanted to put a deposit down over the phone and come buy it in person and they refused. Anyway I think the bottom line in the midst of the craziness are a lot of ads are each doing their own thing. Meaning some seem to be overly cautious and others don’t seem to care.

All depends on you and the AD. Some will and some won’t.
