Less common Tudors
Are there any owners of less commonly seen Tudors on the forum?
i.e. not Black Bay, Pelagos, North Flag etc. How do you like them? Pictures welcome |

Not sure if these 2 count.
1983 Tudor Date Day all Rolex apart from movement and P01. Sent by witchcraft.

As well as the 58 I have the Heritage Advisor which is my favourite Tudor.
I am planning to get this 76213 as well:

I am finding the latest Yema range quite interesting as well, and a good alternative to Tudor.

Is your Ranger still getting wrist time and now that you have had it for a while, do you find it wears big, small or just right? I have 7.5" wrists and am thinking about getting the homage Ranger. |

Thanks Merle, I don't wear it that often these days, partly because it doesn't have a day/date (which I seem to rely on more these days) and partly because my wrist went from 7.5 to about 6.5 since I bought it in 2014. Still a great watch, though, and I wouldn't sell it.

I took care of this one for a while...then moved it on since my wife didn't like to wear it. It was made in the 1930s for the Australian market (9ct gold case and band were made under license in Australia).

Agree 100%.. BTW, the second picture of the Tudor with the number bezel.. Is there a reason or purpose for that bezel with the numbers? Does it rotate? Or is it for the hour marker?

It's a 12-hour bezel, used for following a second timezone. It's actually easier to read and more intuitive than a 24hr bezel/hand. Here's my old Tudor Chrono showing 10:20 and 7:20.

Adam, thanks for the answer. I knew what the Sub and GMT's bezel were used for I was just curious because you don't see many models with that bezel. Learn something new everyday... Thanks and enjoy.

You're welcome. They aren't very common, which is too bad, as they're really useful.
