CEO of AP Meeting

Hey TRF - thank you so much for your feedback on another thread about my experience buying a 15450 a few weeks ago. Through a recommendation on here I reached out to their HQ and they are working on making the situation better. One follow up is I am meeting the new US CEO on Monday. Outside of discussing what happened to me and how to make the customer experience better, any other topics you'd recommend or I'm happy to inquire/pass feedback on?

Sometimes it is. I go there about five times a year and I would say four out of five visits are pretty good. I hate getting to that mall from I 95. I wish they would move that boutique to the design district in Miami.

Can you also let them know that I paid for a 15450 Blue Dial back in Jan 2018 from a well known AD in Los Angeles County and I have yet to receive my watch??

Glad all got sorted out or will be.

What happened to the old CEO? Did you still talk to him or contacted him, since he got you the watch. Very cool of him.

+1. I had a super bad experience at the boutique. I went in to try different pieces but they treated me as if I can't afford one. I also asked if I can put my name down for the 15500/15202 but was told that I can't do so. I went to the boutique in Switzerland and the Sales rep told me that they have to take your name if you reside in the US. I just don't bother to go there anymore.

If you can ask them how come they don’t want to sell me any watches?... I mean my money seems to be good enough for Patek and sometimes Rolex...

Not sure TBH, I think he got let go but I'm not sure. Will be sure to address the sentiment of treatment to customers at boutiques.

Yes, point them to the dissatisfied forum threads and remind him this forum is now a powerful voice in this hyped up world where everyone is now online.

Is it really though? Or does it get dismissed as a few disgruntled (potential) customers simply venting their frustrations?

Beverly Hills boutique is horrible, and I posted my story there last year.

Bal Harbour in Miami, by contrast, is terrific

That it would be AMAZING if they introduced a 39-40mm ROO line.

Tell him their presence in Texas sucks! 1 AD in Houston, and that's all. For a State the size of Texas and the amount of wealth here, that is simply unreasonable.

You’re right but I want the ROC and the next iteration of the 15500 to return back to 39mm.

Funny how some of these sales associates treat their customers like they can’t afford their product. Regardless of the fact that the majority of the employees can’t afford what they are selling lol.
