Concept is such a statement piece but that RO tourb. Is also an end game piece.
You are in a great place if you losing sleep over those grail Options. Try them
side by side you would know instantly which one is for you

I would definitely go with the 26589IO. For that kind of money, there is nothing else on the market with such a "wow" factor and the 10-day power reserve is awesome

Concept is too large and sits awkward on the wrist, I would presume you would get over it quickly. How about a tourb skeleton instead

Would choose the RO for the classic design and fantastic bracelet.

I was considering both except the RO Tourbillon was not the gold version. I have a small wrist and I was concerned about the size of the Concept but it wears well and very comfortable. For me it was an easy decision but both are great pieces. My only gripe is I wish when AP made these two pieces they put seconds line markers on the tourbillon like the VC.

Normally I'd say the RO for the bracelet and classic design, but that is possibly the coolest concept model I've seen. 15202or + concept, maybe?

Wow that's a lovely piece

When will the next RO Tourb Skeleton be out ?

How do i order this tourb skeleton in rose gold from the AP boutique ? As I don't see it on AP website anymore.

Perfect middle way in my opinion. Best of both worlds.
Concept might be hard to pull off at a later age, but getting the tourbi, skeleton and the classic AP design in one is a win/win for me

RO Concept? Why not just buy a Richard Mille?

Definitely the full RG out of those two

I love RM, the size is in between the RO and Concept, fit my wrist nicely too....

But RM doesn't seem to want to do my business at all

I tried looking for a RM11-03 Half Rose Gold or Full Rose Gold. Spoken to the sales person at Singapore RM boutique a few times but all they reply is currently they are not taking in any orders or waiting list as it's already full...

so you are buying the AP at retail and not from a grey dealer? For the price of of the concept you should easily get an RM at a grey dealer.

The Concept wears massive, and looks a bit ridiculous on most people. If you’re one of the few who can pull it off, go for it, it’s amazing. If not, go Royal Oak.

I just watched an Horoloupe video and he is definitely not the biggest guy and the concept looks great on him...

Nice review, thanks for the link! What’s weird is that Tim has tons and tons of watch reviews of super heavy hitters like Patek minute repeater tourbillons and whatnot but this is the first time I believe he’s reviewed an AP concept.

Looks like it has a peripheral rotor:

One of those two is indescribably stunning. Here's a hint, it's not the one that looks like an Invicta homage.

Correct it's a peripheral rotor, and while I massively prefer manual wind movements this is stunning and a perfect execution. Plus it's got something like 80 hours power reserve. It's very clever!

There are a LOT of more interesting concepts coming in the next two years IMO. I just passed on the one I’d been waiting for. Both for that reason and due to the economic shutdown.

That being said, the ceramic RO Tourb would be the ideal call now, if you can get one. I am not sure more are coming this year. It might even be sold out. I haven’t inquired. Roger?

Do you know if the sizes are changing? The only thing that put me off was way it sat on my 6.25 inch wrist.

The 100 are all now in circulation I believe. A few still unsold I would imagine and a few with greys.

Gold RO all the way! It is a time tested design and absolutely beautiful with the tourbillon!
