Oscar, SLRDude posted the Gold Master release for download. It's in the thread somewhere. If you follow the direction, you too can be running 3.0.

I posted screen shots earlier in the thread

I did try it. Have been using it, and have been loving the minute improvements. There are just some really nice little things they've done to improve the experience.

Landscape texting and email is now available, which is nice. I do want Push and MMS to go live ASAP, but there are a lot of great features in this update. I give it 2

Well, when you upgrade to the 3GS, it should be much improved. The camera isn't bad, but you're right, it's not great. That's one of the real motivators for the upgrade for me. The new camera is definitely something I want.

ok since we upload the 3.0...if they release the 3.0 this 17th of june would be able to update it same way??

It will most likely be the same exact release. Since this is Gold Master that means that no changes will be made by Apple. This is the final version. But yes, if you get prompted, you will update the same way, but won't most likely have to.

it should show up when you open the folder where you saved it. Did you change the end of the file to .ipsw?
