Anyone ever had a Rolex serviced at one of the non-RSC service centers in Shanghai?

There are a number of these well lit independent "luxury watch service centers" in Shanghai that seem to do a brisk business with the right equipment (Bergeon, etc.) but is it buyer beware? Do they use factory parts or have an authorized factory parts account?

China has a huge customer base for high end watches so they have to be doing something right if they list Richard Mille and Chopard as brands they service.
