As an Avs fan I can’t help but fear the overhype so early on in the season. My mid-market fandom always seems to let me down (MN native, so lifeline Vikings fan as well). Trying not to get my hopes up this season , but I think the shortened season lends itself well to them. They have to really ride their studs which is easier to do for 56 vs 82 games!
My main hope from all of this is the Avs can develop a really good rivalry with Vegas. Would be amazing as they are our next closest NHL team (I think) and are super talented as well.... and going to Vegas for some games wouldn’t be too shabby either. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
