5-7k new at AD or gray/pre-loved?

Mine is the white-dialed Racing model. Very legible. Beautiful dial. My favorite feature, however, are the jumping hour hands. I love this on GMT watches while traveling, and having it on a chronograph just makes sense to me.
Huge fan of the Grey Side of the Moon, and Moonphase models as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

That’s hard because there are so many variations.
If you’re going only one, the moon phase is gorgeous, automatic, and has 100m wr...but I’m partial to the sapphire sandwich if only one, provided you don’t mind manual wind. It has a great tool watch feel, can be dressed up or down, is a strap monster, and has just about the best legibility of any watch ever! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Waking up and winding this watch before putting it on each morning has really bonded me to it, and when the ADD gets bad I can take it off and gaze at the beautiful movement.

I like some of the Tokyo Olympics Speedmasters. My favorite Speedmaster is the Snoopy 2 that came out a few years ago but is now well out of my price range for affordability.

The Speedy Racing 44.25mm is a killer watch! Another of my favorites is the '57. Both can be had under $5 pre-loved. I'm not a fan on the Moon Watch or your traditional 40mm Speedys. Or paying anywhere near retail for an Omega.

Probably outside your price range listed but the Apollo 11 gold/steel is beautiful. Flash of gold, best speedy bracelet for years, ceramic bezel and 3861 movement. Time May tell this was well priced when they release the new speedy with 3861 and the now normal omega price bump.

I mean if you want the Sapphire Sandwich, then sure. But if you like the moonphase, or the racing, or the GSOTM, or...whatever. Then buy that instead. I've found that people are generally happier when they spend a bit more to get what they want instead of trying to save a bit of money to get something they don't.

This might be a little above your budget but is worth every penny! Imho, it’s better than the White daytona (which I also have)
Having said that, You can’t go wrong with the sapphire sandwich or the Hesalite ones either. I’m adding one of them hopefully soon

For daily wear OP? If so, I have always loved the 3575.20. Its available preloved in the 4-5k range. I ask about daily wear since it is a manual wind with date and moonphase. If not a daily, as others have said the moonphase pieces are very nice and are automatics. The sapphire sandwich is versatile and works well with straps or bracelet.

I'm going to have to say the ST1, it's my favorite speedy design ever.

Things on my Plus list: - Hesalite crystal - Unique dial, with longer indices, less writing, and applied Omega symbol - No crown guards, making the crown easier to grasp for daily winding - great looking bracelet and clasp, with micro-adjustment in the clasp Things on my Minus list: - The central hour and minute hands, mainly because legibility is reduced It seems like I should have made the swap by now, and I still may do it, but first I have to decide whether the new Caliber 321 model is better for me. |

I tried many of the ones listed above.
To me they all wore way too big. I am not trying to take anything away from those watches... all of them look very nice. They just didn’t look that great on my wrist. First Omega in Space was the one that worked for me... 39.7mm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
