This is some amazing work. I was going to ask how you fix all the heavy dings/chips and I read that you laser the metals back onto the watch? I'm not familiar with that technique, can you explain more about it?

Vicc How often does a watch ever get to the point where the bezel or case needs to be replaced and cannot be repaired?
Have you ever heard of AP not replacing a bezel or case on a watch? |

This one is still in the works. You can bet this isn't something Patek would fix. They would offer you a new case and bezel. As for APs, I'm not sure what their procedure is. We do our own refinishing and service so we rarely send watches to AP. When we do send a watch to AP it's either because it needs too many internal parts or it has broken ceramic parts. |
