Something a bit different: Seiko Mod content
I was feeling a bit nostalgic and decided to procure a SRP777 for a mod I had in mind considering I was growing impatient searching for a birth year 6306.
Then the idea came to me on how I always wanted an Olongapo bracelet so had one made (two actually ) to commemorate my service. So then I contacted some of the usual suspects in Seiko mod hardware to come up with the following, then had it all installed flawlessly to include a light coffee patina. I did only the ghost bezel with an acid bath: |

while i have a disdain toward "mod" watches i like your theme of your past service with getting a genuine "olongapo" band made. these hand made bands are still being produced all over these islands and in cebu city they usually are styled according to the particular make of watch it's going on. most popular here are rolex or omega logos carved into both sides of the band. however there are drawbacks with these bands as they carve the hell out of the inside of the lugs and when folded back they gouge the lug tops as well. they are very unforgiving bands when mounted on a watch.

I think your watch and bracelet look great. I am a huge Seiko fan and some of the modifications personalize the watches, just as yours has done. Thank you for your service.
