Incoming!! Sedna Gold 300 Co-Axial
Was waiting for a hulk or BLNR and said screw it, why do I have to wait and beg for rolex to take my money? Was able to get this used-mint condition at a great price and I'm not looking back so far. Got it earlier today, we'll see how accurate it is. Also ordered a custom novonappa nato like omega's to go with it, even though that means ditching the gold deployment when I use it, but still I think I will like the look a lot.
What are your thoughts? |

While waiting for my custom novonappa/barenia nato being made, I decided to test crown and buckle's premium nylon nato. It was designed to compete with $200+ OEM Natos like Omega's without the insane price tag. I'm enjoying it so far, very smooth and comfortable on the wrist, and I like how the black contrasts the sedna.
I was trying to copy the look of Blancpain's fifty fathoms bathyscaphe on a nato, funny enough the two watches share a ton of similarity. They are both made from Sedna gold and have cera-gold bezels (Lots of swatch group similarities between the two) and the shapes and bevels of the two cases are actually very similar. The sedna gold buckle and loops on the bathyscaphe nato really sets it off though, would be sweet if I had that too. It does feel a bit weird strapping on a solid gold watch to a Nylon strap, but I think I can get used to it. Think I pulled it off? |

Trying it on an OEM alligator strap. I think this is how it should of came from the factory on the gold models.

Lovely! The SM300mc is a great choice and, if I do decide to pick up an Omega, it'd be the model I go for. Yours looks great in gold!
