My 15500ST coming May 1st

I have a deposit down on a 500 blue dial.

AP just reached out and gave me the option of black or gray shipped May 1st and that may be a while down the road.

So my question is would you go black or gray?

Between black and grey, I'd go black. But, unless it's going to be several years, I'd personally wait for blue.

I agree, you should wait on the blue. You cant be soo far in the list if you put your name on the boutique list earlier (thats with no VIP taking your spot)

Even if you get grey / black and wait for the blue. Wouldn’t you think you could get 19.2k + on a resale when the blue comes in? Just wondering.

Get blue mate - it’s matchless and worth the wait.

If other; then go grey.

Grey first and then blue! Maybe you can go see it for yourself before taking delivery?

I'd wait for the blue. If not an option, definitely the grey over the black!

I'd just get the grey now, Lord knows what will happen with allocations these days, so trade for the Blue when that comes in.

lucky guy but i wouldn't take anything unless you've seen it in real life and i assume you haven't seen grey/black yet? also on the face if it i would want blue. i thin the 15500 looks pretty great with that blue dial and i would be gunning for that.

I'm going gray because I already have a black 15400 OR.

I'm gonna keep my deposit for the blue.

I spent the morning calling around a couple AP's LA and Miami. The sales people I spoke to both said the same thing. Blue is approx a 2 year wait and that Black and Gray also have waiting lists and are booked through all of 2019. So in other words deposits, today are for a 2020 availability.

My AD tells me May 1st for mine. AP boutiques tell me summer time.

Black. Doesn't it make sense to just buy it and build up your relationship? You can always keep it in the box, and hopefully it moves you up a few for your blue.

Do you know if they'll have these on display for a while?
