Have to give a shout out to the AP service center in Clearwater. My watch has needed a repair twice for a crown repair and both times covered under warranty. They also included a movement servicing at no charge plus it was all done in less than 4 weeks. The watch might be delicate but AP has stand-out service.

How did the crown come out - Just from pulling to set the movement?

Looks great on the bracelet too.

Yes, exactly on the first incident. The latest problem was the crown not actually winding the movement.
