May I propose a new name for the blue Skydweller??

Since it's (apparently) the hardest stainless watch to get through an AD...
And since it's got pretty significant wrist presence...
And since one needs to have at least some clout (or serious $$) to obtain one...

May I propose nicknaming it...

The BSD

I think it really is quite fitting, no ?

These nicknames are getting so contrived that it’s easier to just learn and use the proper names.

It's blue.

Skydweller and Skywalker are kind of close.

Luke Skywalker had a blue lightsaber.

It's rare and coveted.

Therefore we should call it the Jedi Master.

I'm kidding, don't shoot me.

Isn’t BSD just short for (B=blue, S= Sky and D=Dweller)?
Or am I missing something?

I like SkyDweller. Doesn't have the 'elan' as, say The SMURF -God help me - but BSD is as good as any nickname.

I don't use 'em, myself but whatever makes ya happy.

Good thing Rolex gave them easy to remember names like Datejust, Sky-Dweller, Submariner, Day-Date, etc.

True, true! ...and even my fairly slow brain can keep up with those, but don’t act like you haven’t seen 1,000 posts with only numbers...

If only there was this thing that you could put numbers like that into and it would show you what they mean!

Names
Numbers
Nicknames

We all enjoy watches.

If the intent was BS'd I'd go with that over BSD. BSD is too close to BFD.

I withdraw my, “second motion” because it could me misconstrued as the “BS Dweller”.

It needs to be renamed to something like Superman

There’s only one way to go forward Brian and that means you have to go thru...
