Buying AP with warranty card posted online

Hi, all. First time buying an AP. Will be making the purchase through Chrono24. Don’t love that the warranty card was posted with nothing blurred out. Would this be enough to scare you away from buying it?

No - it's typical to obscure that information as the card detail is enough for someone to add the piece to their AP collection profile or could be used nefariously for selling fakes.

I would pass. As Longhorn stated, anyone who has seen that picture can register the watch to their account, just a big potential headache in my opinion. Though while it would be funny to see how many times a watch can be registered - e.g. you register the watch, then Person B registers, then Person C re-registers, etc. etc. - it would probably end in AP blacklisting the serial, and it wouldn't be so fun for you.

No thanks, I can see that watch getting registered and re-registered many times as the card was leaked. Also I wouldn't trust a seller that just posted the card.

sorry my answer wasn't clear - i would either pass or buy it discounted as if it had no card with it with no intention of it being part of my AP profile.
