Omega Aqua Terra Quartz

So, recently I was at my local Omega AD. Very lovely people I might add. I tried on a few ATs and strangely the one I fell in love with was the Quartz grey teak dial. The solid build and the solid caseback really won me over. They offered a nice discount to boot. Having always, or mostly, been a mechanical guy; I'm wondering if this is a good move. Any Quartz AT owners care to weigh in?

I'm itchy to get one now but I wouldn't mind hearing the opinions of some folks who have one.

Thanks!

There's nothing at all wrong with a high-end quartz watch. I happen to like them just as much as a mechanical. Buy it if it appeals to YOU, not because of what someone else might think about it.
