How to check the power reserve ?

I want to check the power reserve of my Sub.
I know it should be 48 hrs but how do I do it ?
Should I wind 20 turns and keep it down face up

I usually give 80+ winds, to be sure, and leave it in any position.

First 20 turns will not fully wind your watch it needs at least 40 plus full 360 degree crown clockwise only. Then off the wrist should run between 40-48 hours in any position off wrist give or take a hour or so.

I believe the 20-25 turns is to get it running before you put it on your wrist
