Pics of my modest collection before 2 go away...

Since 2 of them, the Daytona and Pam 233K are going away, and a Blancpain should be coming in, thought it would be a nice idea to put pics to share my collection with you, have to admit I cheated a little as I added my wife's Rolex as well :smoking: so here go the pics:

Thanks. Looking at this one, Alarm, GMT, date, small seconds, 1 power reserve indicator for watch and 1 for the alarm, see through sapphire case back, since I saw it I really fell in love with it

I like your Daytona, but I get the allure of the Blancpain.

Well Daytona is very nice but basically it just gives you the time, I had chronos before, you never use the function, doesn't even have the date, I wanted a watch with some complications that will be useful, I travel so GMT is, I need also a date, and the alarm sounds nice, it will change from my mobile phone alarm, plus I look see through case backs as I love mechanisms of watches with complications.

good choice with the bp - i think another brand will add nice variety to your collection - especially the leman!

Thanks I also think so, love the Léman watches, especially this one with alarm, GMT and the rest, also I like that it's brushed gold and not polished, and pink not yellow, can't say I like yellow gold very much.

Well I am thinking about it, selling the 28, it's the black one in DLC, to get the Hulk, haven't decided yet but it's on my mind

I would keep the Daytona and move one of the others out (maybe keep one PAM), I accept you like the feature of the Blancpain, just a nice Daytona with or without using the Chrono features, it is an iconic Rolex.

I would have to sell 2 and add some money if I kept the Dayto, and having 1 gold watch is more than enough for me, if I had the Dayto and the BP I know that I would practically never wear the Dayto, there aren't so many occasions where I can wear such a watch, so I intend to sell the Dayto, the 233, and probably also the 28, like this I will have enough to get the BP, maybe get a Hulk that I really like and there would be some money left over, it would make 5 watches, which is more than enough...

Beautiful collection. I'd hate to see that Daytona go, on a strap it looks terrific. Your point about useful complications is well taken, seems like the Blancpain has all that and visual appeal as well. And a five watch collection is a handful to keep everyone happy, I struggle with four. Enjoy!
