AP grand prix strap
Hi guys,
Need help. Bought a OEM strap for my carbon GP, the size is XS 29.3/24. Is this the smallest size? I'm at the first hole and it's still quite loose. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks |

if the XS strap is still to big are you sure the watch itself fits you?
That is the smallest size i know of. You could probably punch an extra hole in the leather though to make it tighter. |

Yeah it fits. A little loose. On my other ROO, the rubber xs fits well on the 2nd and 3rd holes. Don't know how to post pictures here

Can't comment on the XS but on the standard length GP the hole placement is slightly different to the rubber, the run of holes is shorter so the GP strap will not go as tight or as loose as the rubber and the hole placement is offset by half a position compared to the rubber.
I'll post pictures shortly |

Pics 12 O'clock straps are the same size 6 O'clock straps as you can see the GP offers a slightly less small to large adjustment (6 holes rather then 7) plus holes are offset halfway between those on the rubber. |

[QUOTE=SC11;7769419]I wear the rubber strap on either the second or third tightest hole on the GP I will have to see between 1,2 and 3 tightest hole as they are half a size out (if that makes sense)
thanks for that. Good to know the offset as its going to be perfect for the RG as i have to wear it tighter as its too heavy for it to be loose. Im 2nd to tightest on the Ti which is perfect, but that is a little loose on the RG and the tightest hole, it is way too tight. Sounds like tightest hole on the GP is going to be the spot |

As I alternate between the 2nd and 3rd on the rubber I'm hoping the 2nd on the GP will be perfect, just wonder if the leather will have a little bit of give and negate the half size difference |

Maybe the offset is the difference on my rubber xs and gp xs. Can or does AP punch/add another hole to the GP strap?
