As with all models, it depends on the wearer. What one man can pull off another cannot.

Love the Bluesy. Had several over the years and it was my first Rolex back in the late 80's. It might be a little "dated" but that is part of its charm to me. To this day, it's one of my favorite designs at any price. The dial is a thing of beauty.

It's as the consensus says, it's how you wear it.

I like the lb, will pick it up at some point.

Always thought the TT would look like I was desperate to show off in my younger days , Now I see it as classy.

Trashy is a bit much

However, it might be a bit "chach".

Two tone subs, classy or trashy??

I think most Rolexes are classy, in general. Perceptions of "trashiness" have more to do with the wearer than the watch. Just my opinion.

Trashy

TT is neither here nor there - it's a compromise that says you can't afford full precious metal. It's like putting gold deuces on a Jeep Wrangler.

Come on, what about all the people who wear steel watches ? They can't afford TT or full PM ?
Imho a Rolex TT has it own place and I really like them, very versatile, goes with jeans and suit

They are in no way trashy, but if you're asking the question you're going to think about it too much and I suggest you don't get one.

This post went better than I thought it would; I believe only one "trashy". Rolex TT watches are as iconic as anything they manufacture.

Ridiculous. So a man with a steel watch is a compromise that says he cant afford a TT? Don't be stupid.

I happen to think the TT Bluesy Sub is better looking than the full 18k version and is one of the nicest watches in the entire catalogue AND one of the nicest watches considering all brands.

Depends on the wearer. I'd say you have a little tan going or darker skin, it goes with your dress code or love gold accessories it totally works. I've seen tons of people pulling this off, for me personally not so much.

not trashy. but to me they feel like 80s. I had one and sold it a month later for solid gold sub because TT felt way too mature to me (30yrs old).
