Vintage Jubilee Bracelet (link removal) Help Needed

Hey all,

I swear I searched. I just picked up a vintage (1970) DJ for my wife. The Jubilee bracelet is too big. I don't think it's folded, but it does not have screws for links either. There are 3 links with holes on each side, but no pin showing. When looking at the underside, the center links do have what appear to be seams down the middle. Any help would be appreciated.

There are tiny spring bars inside those open holes that you can push out. You need to use a tool similar to the Bergeon 6767f and push the end of the spring bar in from each side. The links will then separate. Your bracelet is the USA oval link jubilee, so no folded links and no screws. Most people who have worn one say it is the most comfortable jubilee that Rolex ever had.

You might be well served to give it a long soak in hot soapy water as those holes are likely filled with ancient DNA. After soaking, clean the hole with a pin or toothpick, repeat until disgusting black stuff no longer comes out. Have fun.
