SUPER AVENGER 2 and wolf winder

Just got a new super avenger 2 after my last one was wrecked in a motorcycle accident , i wanted to know the best setting to run this on the wolf triple winder as i just got the winder anyone know the wolf line or what is best way to use this for my breitling? iam not well versed in the watch game i liked the breitling super avenger and fit my wrist well so i got the second one after totaling the first one ....THANKS

Go to the Orbita.com website and they will tell the number of turns per day and the direction for most any watch. Listed alphabetically so it is pretty easy to research.
