Tudor chrono. Advice, help!?

Im being offered a tudor chronograph. Silver dial.black subdials.PRE-TIGER Not sure of the reference or the year yet...as i havent seen it. But its through a reputable seller. 2000.00 usd. Sound about right?

Sounds good valentine, tudors are rare here in the US , i would get it for that price..

ok. serial number is B72xxxx
so that puts it in between 1995-1996.
2 grand sound fair for this model? whats the going price?

I think it should be 79260 or 79280.

I bought one 79260 (full set) in a year ago costed me around 3200 usd.

For B7 serial, it should come with rolex crown / rolex case back.
Also, likely come with oysterdate dial.

If it also comes with the original oyster bracelet, 2k is quite a good deal.
