Super Jubilee love on 116710LN
Hi all. I've recently swapped out the oyster bracelet on my 116710LN for a super jubilee. Wasn't sure what to expect, especially due to the lack of micro adjustment, but I'm pleasantly surprised and don't think I'll ever put the oyster back on. The super jubilee, with the hidden clasp, changes the watch altogether - it feels like a different watch. There is something about the continuous "flow" of the super jubilee that puts the newer jubilee bracelets (with clasp) to shame...
Now if I could only find the same in YG for a 116718LN |

That’s a great photo. I’d love to see some close-ups. I also have a 116710.

Honestly I think that Rolex should have put the 116710 on a super jubilee to begin with (like they did with some of the older Pepsi 16710s). Transforms the watch completely and lends some elegance to a tool watch. |

Been wanting to do this to mine. Looks good. How much did you pay for the bracelet or did you swap it from another watch?

Spectacular!
I'm certainly not one for Rolex nicknames, but terms like 'Super-Case', 'Maxi-Case' are perfectly fine. The original 'Super-Jubilee' is/was some of the best Rolex engineering ever. Yes, it took time and sometimes it required the 'half link' to get it just right, but that hidden clasp was so elegant and stylish. Which brings us to the newest iteration of the Jubilee bracelet. The new clasp is excellent and very adjustable. Both versions are wonderful and have their place as very respectable Rolex products. I now refer to the updated version as the 'Ultra-Jubilee'. I hope no one hates it but since there is no official name I really couldn't come up with something better. I hope this doesn't start televised impeachment proceedings or banishment. lol. Great addition to your Rolex! Sent from my SM-A520W using Tapatalk |

This makes more dressy, which seems to fit that outfit.

Picked up the bracelet from a local collector who wanted to put it on a 116710BLNR but instead got the call from an AD and purchased a 126710BLNR. Was definitely a bit more than I was expecting to pay but I couldn't resist. Definitely feels like a new watch with this bracelet on and I love the look with the black LN bezel

Looks fantastic. Btw, I’m a “monochrome “ guy. Hulk, Pepsi, Batman/girl never impressed me.

Looks great!
I did this recently for my BLNR and love the Super Jubilee as much, if not slightly more than my BLRO bracelet. The hidden clasp looks and feels really nice and reminds me of my President bracelet. I procured my through an AD which was the most affordable route based on secondary market prices. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Did that to my 116710, and never going back
It’s lighter than the oyster, more comfortable, and satisfied my itch to get the newer gmts And the hidden clasp is just pure class |

I love the hidden clasp on the super Jubilee but for sport watches like the GMT I prefer the clasp on the underside. Gives the bracelet that added sport look. You can't go wrong with either.

Unfortunately I couldn't use the GMT spring bars (as they were too thick I think) and had to use ones from a Datejust. The difference was negligible and my watchmaker assured me that wouldn't make any difference as to durability, etc. |
