This was done before Pepakura was possible. The chest armor is made from an old Plastic Trash Can

Of course my son had a home made (articulated (handles on side of backpack)) Dr. Octopus outfit he wore to Comicon

Decades ago I worked for a company in Colorado called "The Robot Factory" they made entertainment animatronics for celebrities, etc.

I also worked for Chuck E. Cheese as a District Technical Manager installing their animatronics.

For me, Industrial Robotics has been more lucrative. For the past 17 years my day job has been writing Technical Manuals for Industrial Robots and Automation.

Pepakura is a technique printing a costume on paper, folding it like origami, then coating it with Bondo. The results can be pretty amazing. Check this link out on a Mask, Green Goblin designs are out there:
