What's for dinner guys....?????

I had a Swedish traditional dinner consisting of fresh Cod with egg and dill sauce, yummy.

Just had to post this as fresh Cod is so hard to find here in South Florida.

Now show me what you had.

Nice Leo. Love Cod and its easy to get up here. I'd show you what I had for dinner but I'd have to stick one of those camera scope things down my throat.

I'll have to start taking some pics of my dinners again but I figured that people would get bored of it.

Sounds good.

It's another Swedish traditional dinner: Poached with melted butter and shredded fresh horse radish on top.

We eat a lot of fish, If I could, I'd eat it easely 3-4 times a week but i refuse to eat the frosen crap they sell down here.

You would think that a state like Florida, (surrounded by water) would have an abundance of fresh fish.

I thinks its the temp. of the water down there. Fish is my favorite food. I eat it all raw and cooked, shell or not. I love it all. Up here we are so spoiled that sometimes I take it for granted. When we're on the Cape there is a Fresh Fish store every few miles. Its the Best. Maybe I'll take some pics of the fish in the stores........
