Did you have your AD order this in special for you? It looks very classy.

I bought the SS in July and got hooked, I then got fascinated with the Platona but couldn't go there, my attention then moved to the WG.
I called into my AD hoping to find that either they didn't have one or that I wouldn't like it, wrong on both counts
My SS was black and I liked the idea of them looking the same, the diamonds were a bonus.
I got the full cost of the SS back against the purchase along with a good discount and an umbrella, happy days

Yes it felt much heavier at first and different, now the weight is less of a surprise but feels more substantial overall. (if you know what I mean )

The only thing that I don't like about the WG Daytona is that I can't afford to buy one.

I'm in. And I am thoroughly enjoying this watch. IMO, it's every bit as elegant and handsome as the SS models, but with a slightly more pronounced 'motorsports' vibe.

Regards, -rick.

I'm considering buying the WG black racing dial but doesn't WG look exactly like the stainless steel daytona version and roughly 7-8k more in price is it worth it???

Absolutely not!! It's about 60 grams heavier and has a warm feel to it and it's more of a yellowish white metal than steel it platinum.
