Incoming - 14060M 2 liner Submariner
I’m recent here to TRF, so thought I’d introduce a watch I picked up this year. I fell for it about a year before I managed to secure one and spent that year keeping an eye out continuously. I looked at date and non date versions, 2 line and 4 line, 5 and 6 digits but there was a clear winner for me in the non date 2 liner 5 digit.
Anyway, I managed to grab a 14060M 2 liner, full set present down to the invoices in immaculate condition. Very pleased. I rock an Air-King as my everyday wearer for work etc and so far the 14060M has been coming out at the weekend on downtime. It was tricky enough to find (to pass my pickyness anyway) with several checking perfect but all falling maybe one point short of my criteria annoyingly, and as we all know, the prices seem only to be heading upwards. Here are a couple of shots- Comments are most welcome!

Thanks for the positive comments guys.
For sure, I’m glad I held out. It’s a big purchase, hopefully be with me for a very long time! It’s actually an F.

The 14060 "2-liner" is a terrific watch and always nice to hear from those who appreciate the classics!
Just as an aside, the red hang tag shown would indicate that the watch was COSC tested. The 2-line 14060 models of course weren't sent for COSC, hence the very reason for their "2 lines". I only mention this only as an example of why buying the "full set" is less important than buying the watch. Watches are created by Rolex. In the preowned market full sets are often created. |

Congrats and well done! It's always nice to have that full set with the matching tag. I had a K 2liner and still miss it.

Tony, you are very correct! I spotted this myself many months ago in my quest when I put 2 and 2 together with the COSC tag. The weird thing is, practically every single 14060 ‘M’ I looked at had the red tag. Heck, a quick ‘google image’ seach seems to throw up almost all with a red tag- do you think dealers and resellers all just add them? I’ve got seriously into Rolex in the last couple of years now, so I’ve still plenty to learn! Thanks for the comment!

Beautiful watch, excellent choice. I have a 2 liner in my collection as well and absolutely love wearing it (bracelet or NATO). Congrats on your acquisition!

Great looking watch! I just recently picked up a 14060 myself and am in love with it. What’s nice is they can still be had at a decent price but the way things are going I’m pretty sure they will shoot up in value also. Good luck with it

Hi juktagk congrats on your Sub. Am wondering what year is that? I wanted to get exactly the same no date two liner more simple and not a maxi dial. Where did you buy it? Thanks.
