Visconti Refill Help

I am searching for a specific refill for my boss and am coming up empty. Any help is appreciated.

The refill I need is the Visconti Smartouch medium blue Gel pen refills, A3817M in a size 1.0 (not the 0.7). I was told that the 1.0 is the new medium, but every where that has this refill says their medium is 0.7, and that the 1.0 is the broad (which no where seems to have).

If you know of anywhere that I can acquire this product, I would be forever grateful! Consequently, if you know of an adequate substitute (albeit the less favorable option) for this refill, please feel free to post information regarding that, as well.
