Buying a used Tudor

I am considering buying a 2 year old used (but mint condition...according to a trusted seller on this forum) Black Bay with in house movement . I am buying this as a watch that I can wear while doing work around the house instead of risking scratching my BLNR.
My question is should I buy used and save some money (Tudors warranty is only 2 years so it would be out) or should I spend the extra and buy new? Thanks in advance for everyone’s input.

I think it depends on the price difference.

I don't know how much the watch is new or second hand, but if the difference is not much I'd buy new.

How much is the difference?

If the potential cost of service or repair is greater than the savings you'll make then it's quite clear to buy new instead.

Buy new if you can. I love my BB S&G but it wears so much bigger then a 40mm oyster. You should try one on before buying. Good luck.
