strange question. But if you let me control your life, then I would say Rolex is not for you.

Jeez. 3 years? I just ordered one last week. Two of the local AD's around me said 2 to 3 months (3 months on long end). I ordered from one of them, he realistically though about 6 weeks, but couldn't guarantee it but would guarantee it wouldn't be three months. Hopefully he is correct.

6 months? Trusted sellers have them available BNIB all day long! Why put yourself through the agony?

I agree. My AD still hasn’t gotten mine. Makes me glad I bought mine from a seller. I know for sure the AD gave mine to one of their “regulars” when they asked for one. That list is a sham Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Any grey sellers are over MRSP/RRP and if he were to use a trusted seller based in the USA, not only is it expensive due to exchange rate, but he also has to pay a further 20% VAT. I’d keep waiting. |

I wouldn't keep anything unless I wear it in my rotation, I have three different brand subs, 1 with date and use them all.

Chase (au_911tt) has a 14060M two liner that just got back from service for sale in the marketplace.
late production too. That's what I would do.... |

Keep them both and see how it works out. You will soon know. Act accordingly.

Screw the list. I'd buy this. If I ended up not wearing one, I think both are sellable without taking too big of a hit (if you didn't over spend on the bluesy).

You have been here long enough to know better J-E.
Your 114060 is more like a SubC. A 116610 is just like a SubdateC. Drop the C for the older models and add any extras.

Keep the Bluesy, and forget the SS. Spend 1/2 the money on a Tudor Bronze.

Keep both watches!!! I currently own a YG DD (super bling), & an TT Blue Sub Date (high bling), but for most everyday use, I miss the SS Black Sub.(moderate bling) What was I thinking?

I'd keep both -- they're pretty different. However, you might also consider putting one of them on a strap to make the difference more pronounced. A black steel sub looks great on a Rubber B or Everest strap, or the bluesy would look great on leather.
(And given how subs without dates are much less common, I'd rather people call it a "no date" when it occasionally comes up than constantly remind us that their regular sub has a date.) |

Sell the TT Submariner Date. Wear the Submariner everyday. Never go on a watch forum again and save a lot of money.
