Vintage Omega Seamaster 165.024 Big Triangle
Beautiful vintage Omega circa 1966
More rare "big triangle version" with specs below Case: in very good condition with expected minor scratches and swirls Dial: in very good condition with plots re-lumed at some time in the past Hands: original but re-lumed as well Caseback: visible seahorse with appropriate internal markings Full service by Philip Ridley at the end of 2017 so it is in excellent running order. On a Bulang and Sons strap with a spare Nato as seen in the pics, no box or papers, but you could get an extract from the Omega archives with a little time and effort, I have just not gotten around to that. Comes as a curated package with a NOS bezel, omega logo crystal, new crown, and caseback, in case anyone wanted to "freshen it up," although I presume most will like to keep it as is to retain its wonderful vintage patina. NOS packages have only been opened to inspect the contents. This is an excellent example of an increasingly rare Omega, and has been a joy to own and wear. I have lots of buyer references, less seller as I don't sell a lot of my watches as I am just a collector, not a dealer, but I will provide whatever information is needed make any potential buyer feel comfortable with a purchase (within reason of course!) $7500 OBO prdelio@sbneuro.com with offers, questions, or requests for more pictures. |
