Rolex Cellini Danaos question

Hello guys! I'm looking into buying a Rolex Cellini Danaos from 2007. It's in excellent condition and I like the way it looks. However I've noticed that the case-back of the watch is "plain". It has gold stamps and numbers, but does not have an ornament and word "Cellini" most other Cellini Danaos have. A quick check on the internet brought a few more Cellini Danaos with "plain" case-backs, so I assume it's ok, but what do you think? Also, not to get into price details, but do you think the price in the neighborhood of $2700 is fair? The watch has papers, but no box... Thanks.

You should post a picture of the watch.

That will help those in the know give an accurate response.

Not sure if this helps, but mine from 2001, bought from an AD, only has numbers and doesn't have any ornaments or say Cellini. And that price sounds reasonable to me.
