Is there a current model like this?

It is a 44 mm sandwich dial, with gold hands and manual wind? (and no date)
I am testing my picture posting also...

All 44mm Luminor's currently produced that are manual (aka Historic) all have black hands.

Sorry.

BUT.............

Paneristi do not object to modding their watches.

Some like to PVD them and other like to swap out hands like you are talking about. Just be sure to keep the originals in case you ever flip you watch.

There are several people who do the gold hand swap on 210's. You can buy a nice set of gold Panerai hands for < $50 and have them installed by a watchmaker for a very reasonable fee.
