It finally got me

Hey everyone, I've been using this forum as a resource for years. Rolex has always interested me as a brand but no models in particular ever really spoke to me in the past. My other watch friends say that newer watch collectors tend to look elsewhere but they all end up back at Rolex. I never thought it would be true for me until I fell down the rabbit hole of vintage Rolex, so here I am.

Hello from SF!

A lot of people won't even take a look at Rolex and consider it a new rich kid thing, on the other hand some folks will not care about anything that came out after the 90s. I personally love Rolex as a brand but I'm less impressed about the new models.

Welcome !

Welcome. I passed Rolex over for a long time as too much of an obvious choice but I realise now that is not the case. They make, or have made, so many pieces there is something for everyone.
