PN Confirmation please!

Hi all - I've done some searching and would like some confirmation from those that did the adjustable clasp conversion for their 357x / 1998 bracelet ...

It seems definitively that the 117STZ001154 Clasp will work.

However, can anyone confirm that the 118st1589 end links are the correct ones that will mate up to the pin & collar type bracelets?

Are there extra pins and screw caps needed?

Thanks All!

Here's each part you need, the respective reference number and how many units of each are necessary:

Clasp with micro adjustment + parts (quantity):

Clasp - 117STZ001154 (1)
Endlinks - O118ST1589 (2) - aprox. usd$ 53 each
Pins - O128ST0166 (2)
Screws - O124ST3307 (4)

Thank you sir! Seems to confirm what I’ve read around a few different places.

Is this one of the threads you read during your research? There are discussions and photos here about fitting the clasp to the reference 1949 bracelet, but I think it may prove useful for fitting to the 1998, too. Note that the longer clasp means running one less link, and it should probably be taken from the 12:00 side of the bracelet in order to keep the new clasp properly centered.

I'm probably doing my seasonal swap from alligator strap/deployant to bracelet tomorrow, but I'm procrastinating on it because I dig the strap/deployant so much :-)

Let us know how it goes!
